Ceramic tile factory "Keramika Kanjiža" was founded in 1980 and for four decades has been synonym for quality and innovation in the field of ceramic tile production. During 40 years of work, the company has distinguished itself in the modernization of the production plant, improving the quality of products as well as in the constant education of employees.
During 2012, the company began the process of modernization and digitalization that continues today. Then, it was the first in Serbia to introduce a digital InkJet printer for decorating tiles and completely changed the market. By introducing this way of decorating, the company was able to respond to the most diverse requirements and aesthetic sensibilities of markets across Europe. Additionally, the company has improved the energy efficiency of its production facility over the years. A thermal energy recovery system has been introduced, and recycled water is used in the production plant. In early 2017, the company received an IPPC integrated business license.
A new round of modernization began in 2018, when the plant was completely modernized. The production plant of Keramika Kanjiža is equipped with the highest quality machines from Italy. Today, in 2021, the decoration process is 100% digitized, optical-laser quality control has been introduced, which can detect even the smallest irregularities on the product within a few seconds, enabling this way only tiles that meet the highest quality standards to reach customers. The transport of raw and finished products in the plant has been optimized by introducing four self-propelled forklifts, and delivery time to customers has been significantly shortened thanks to the digital packer - from stacking individual tiles in a box to cleverly fitting boxes on pallets. In addition, the company was the first in the domestic ceramic tile market in 2020. to introduce a digital "business to business" platform for direct customers, thus improving its service, and enabling customers to know their status at any time in just a few clicks, order new quantity of tiles or make a payment.
Today, Keramika Kanjiža offers a wide range of products - floor and wall ceramic tiles as well as gress porcelain tiles. The wall tiles offer dimensions 25x50, 25x75, 20x60 and the floor tiles 59x59, 29.5x59, 15x60, 45x45 and 33x33. In addition to these dimensions, the company also offers the possibility of tile rectification. In addition to a large selection of dimensions, Keramika Kanjiža also offers customers a wide range of decors - over 160 in the regular range. Among them, the most popular are the perfect reproductions of natural and construction materials, according to which Keramika Kanjiža has been the absolute leader in the domestic and regional markets for several years.
All tiles from the range meet the high quality standards of the state of Serbia and the European Union, including high resistance to wear and household chemicals, anti-slip, frost resistance, low water absorption, one caliber of wall tiles, etc.
